O que é o auxílio doença do INSS?

O Auxílio Doença do INSS é um benefício para profissionais que tenham algum problema de saúde e não podem trabalhar regularmente durante um período. Sendo assim, é feito o pedido para o recebimento do auxílio.

Quais tipos de auxílio-doença existem?

• Previdenciário: Terá direito ao beneficiário no caso de doença limitante não ligada ao trabalho.
• Acidentário: Será oferecida caso o funcionário seja afastado por uma doença que seja ocupacional ou até acidente de trabalho.

Qual o valor mínimo e máximo referente ao auxílio doença pago pelo INSS?

O valor mínimo não pode ser menor que o salário mínimo vigente, enquanto o valor máximo de auxílio fornecido pelo INSS é de R$ 7.507,49 (valor atualizado em 2023), sendo proporcional a cada caso.

Qual o tempo de espera para o inicio de pagamento pelo INSS?

O INSS possui um prazo máximo de até 45 dias para começar a efetuar o pagamento desde o pedido do auxílio. Ocorre, porem, que algumas solicitações demoram mais do que o prazo máximo. Nestes casos, busque auxílio profissional para saber como reagir.
